File types and hidden files

We have added a new file type ‘Other’ in the files tab. Now Zefort has three types of files: main contract, appendix and other. ‘Other’ type can be used for non-contractual files, such as the original Word -document used to generate the actual contract file.

It’s now possible to hide a file. ’Hidden’ files can only be seen by the contract owner and system administrator. This is useful if the contract in general can be shared with a wider audience, but one or more attachments are secret.
